Classic Twist
Schwartzhog Mule
The 1941 copper-mug classic, driven by German herbal bite.
The Story
The Moscow Mule was invented in 1941 at the Cock 'n' Bull pub in Los Angeles, when a vodka distributor and a publican with an overstock of ginger beer joined forces — and sold the result in copper mugs that made the drink famous.
Swapping the vodka for Schwartzhog Kräuterliqueur turns the mule into something far more characterful: thirty-plus botanicals of German herbal tradition riding the ginger's heat, with lime holding the line between bitter and sweet.
