Dessert Cocktail

White Chocolate Alexander

A 1910s New York dessert classic, remade with Dubai-style white chocolate.

Glass Coupe
Garnish Freshly grated nutmeg

The Story

The Alexander first appears in New York bar books of the mid-1910s as a gin, crème de cacao, and cream cocktail. It was the brandy version — the Brandy Alexander — that carried the formula through the twentieth century as the definitive dessert cocktail, beloved of everyone from café society to John Lennon.

Pechery Dubai Style White Chocolate Cream Liqueur, made with roasted macerated pistachios, collapses the classic build into one silky pour: white chocolate where the cacao was, cream already in the glass, pistachio where you least expect it.
